The Process For Government
Fast Forward Process (FFP) for Government assists Directors and management teams to refocus a Government Unit through the development, management and execution of a one-year strategic plan. Specific annual strategic goals are identified and acheived in 90-day cycles using this innovative process and follow-up coaching. Up to 25 individuals can participate, assuring agreement and commitment to the team or office's strategic direction.
The efficiency of the strategic planning process and the follow-up coaching enables the Director to lead the planning and execution of the process with a minimal expenditure of time.
Hands-on support from experienced FFP consultants and the built-in accountability structure and coaching allow the Director and management team to track individual 90-day plan execution cycles and provide support to the staff as needed.

One Client's View
"Using their customized online assessment tool, FFP was able to gather the data we needed to move into our 2 day retreat. What was most remarkable is that it was almost completely driven by data my team provided. We were able to jump right in and begin the process. The data allowed staff to "see themselves" in the data and own the issues we addressed during our retreat.
We had the time to look at issues that needed to be discussed and to create goals and an action plan that would move us forward during the next year and particularly during the next 90-days.
I was very impressed with the rigorous FFP data-gathering process, meeting facilitation, and follow up coaching. In addition, I found FFP to be extremely responsive to the organizational needs of our team. They were flexible nad collaborative during the entire period of retreat planning, data gathering, and follow up coaching, insuring the unique challenges of our team were addressed in the process."
