The Process For Non-Profits
Fast Forward Process for Non Profits assists the Executive Director and management team to refocus the organization through the development, management and execution of a one year strategic plan. Specific annual strategic goals are identified and acheived in 90-day cycles using this innovative process and follow-up coaching. Up to 25 individuals -- that may include leadership, board members, staff and key volunteers -- may participate in this process. This level of participation assures agreement and commitment to the Non Profit's strategic direction.
The efficiency of the strategic planning process and the follow-up coaching enables the Executive Director to lead the planning and execution of the process with a minimal expenditure of time.
Hands-on support from experienced FFP consultants and the built-in accountability structure and coaching allow the Executive Director and management team to track individual 90-day plan execution cycles and provide support to the staff as needed.
